How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US, while expedited options are available at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Are BruMate products dishwasher safe?
While many of our products are top-rack dishwasher safe, we recommend hand-washing to preserve the finish and vacuum seal integrity of your drinkware.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a limited lifetime warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper care.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and interest-free installment plans through Afterpay.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to follow your package's progress in real-time.
