We want you to love your BrüMate gear, but if you are not 100% satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

• 2.
  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your unused items, and attach the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
